Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, grounds keeping, apartment make ready,
• Possess excellent attitude customer service and follow up skills
• Troubleshoot and repair appliance malfunctions
• Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders
• Fabricate and weld metal components as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Experience:

• 12 years apartment maintenance experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and appliance repair.
• Fluency in English for effective communication
• Leadership qualities to guide maintenance projects effectively

$ $17.00 per hour

Apartment Maintenance: 2 years (preferred)
