Your tasks:

Independent customer support
Acceptance and review of customer inquiries, including order processing and monitoring
Calculation and preparation of offers and delivery concepts
Conducting customer and sales conversations
Management of sales and qualityrelated customer documents
Management and control of suppliers and customers in case of bottlenecks

Your profile:

Commercial training or a comparable qualification and several years of relevant professional experience
High problemsolving skills and independent way of working
Enjoyment of communication and sales
Strong service orientation
Fluent in German and English
