Registration Clerk/ Temporary - New York, United States - 1199SEIU Family of Funds
Description
Temporary Assignment from August 2024 through December 2024. Day Shift hours include full-time Monday to Friday with some evenings, and Saturdays; limited fieldwork required.Responsibilities
- Register eligible 1199SEIU Child Care Fund members for childcare benefits in person, online and virtually
- Maintains accurate files, records, and confidentiality
- Travel to select field locations within the metropolitan area
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- High school diploma required, some college or degree a plus
- Minimum two (2) years' work experience in an office environment.
- Outstanding data entry skill required
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Bilingual a plus (Spanish, Creole, French, Mandarin, etc.).
- Must have professional work ethics and adhere to attendance and punctuality policy
