Job Summary_

Duties and Responsibilities:_

• Oversee commercial tenant relations and cultivate positive tenant relationships
• Manage the maintenance process from start to finish, identifying the needs of the tenant and the best contractor suited to complete the task
• Manage delinquencies and work to achieve rent collections
• Assist with tenant lease renewals
• Developing maintenance plans
