Requirements:

  • You have several years of experience in the field of technical building equipment as a graduate engineer, bachelor or master of engineering in electrical engineering.
  • You are well-versed in all electrical trades of building technology.
  • Working collaboratively in a project team is second nature to you.
  • You are proficient in MS Office, have good CAD skills (preferably Revit), and can confidently use various calculation programs.

This is your job:

  • As part of the planning and on-site supervision, you independently or in coordination with the project management handle diverse tasks in complex construction projects (industry, education, research, administration).
  • You create plans as a database-based 3D Revit model (BIM), including calculations and cost estimates for various technical building equipment trades.
  • In addition to office planning, you also carry out tasks on-site and participate in meetings with planning partners as needed.
