The Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians in Baden-Württemberg, with its over 22,000 doctors and psychotherapists, organizes the outpatient medical care for over nine million insured persons of the statutory health insurance in Baden-Württemberg.

For the operation of our general emergency practice, we are looking for a
Coordinator (f/m/d) in part-time at our location in Waldshut, starting on July 1st, initially on a fixed-term basis.

Your responsibilities include:

Patient contact during the specified opening hours (Saturday, Sunday, public holidays from 9 am to 1 pm and 3 pm to 7 pm) according to the duty roster
Support of the oncall doctors
Coordination of nonmedical staff, administration of the emergency practice, assumption of entrepreneurial duties, implementation of hygiene and safety regulations
Implementation of objectives in the emergency practice, knowledge management, leadership and organization

We expect from you:

Training as a Medical Assistant (f/m/d) or a comparable education
Professional experience in the general medical field
Broad knowledge in practice management and organization
Basic knowledge in ITsupported practice management and quality management, as well as basic knowledge in MS
