Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT)

Location: East Troy, WI

Hours: 20 hours per week

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: End of School Year (EOSY)

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at [School Name/Location]. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering caseload details and providing essential occupational therapy services to students. This is a part-time position with a commitment of 20 hours per week, starting immediately and concluding at the end of the school year.

Responsibilities:

Gather caseload details and maintain accurate records
Provide occupational therapy services to students
Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure effective communication and support

Requirements:

Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license
Experience in a school-based setting is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
