About the Job
We have an exciting opportunity for a Supported Employment Supervisor. This position will provide daily administrative support for Supported Employment team, which direct support services related to the development, implementation, and outcome of services. The Supported Employment Supervisor will supervise, train, and evaluate staff, provide/coordinate re-training and evaluate performance and make recommendations to the Supportive Housing Program Manager. They will maintain the Supported Employment program's structure and guidelines and monitor all aspects of the program's operations and the outcomes of client support services. The Supported Employment Supervisor assists with the coordination of Vocational Rehabilitation and other service providers, community employers, clients and families, and residential service providers; and manages a small caseload of their own.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Full Time, Day)
What You'll Make
$5,000 - $6,000 per month DOE/Credentials.
Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).

Supported Employment is a service that provides people with disabilities the help they need to get and keep a job that matches their interests, skills and abilities. Support is available to help identify a job goal, locate a job, learn the job, and maintain that job over time. We partner with individuals to make sure they have the support they need throughout the process.
ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program. QMHA employees are also eligible to apply for the Oregon Behavioral Health Loan Repayment Program.
What You'll Need
If not already registered as a QMHA through the Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO), we will assist you in registering within 30 days of hire.
Driving is an essential function of this position. Successful applicants MUST also have a valid Oregon driver's license, maintain a safe driving record, and have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to frequently sit, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers. It may require the ability to occasionally walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks as applicable; as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds. Reasonable accommodations can be made.
