Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Match and code invoices of assigned vendors
  • Input coded invoices into computer system of assigned vendors
  • Communicate with vendors as necessary
  • File paid and unpaid invoices accordingly
  • Prepare invoice deduction notices as needed
  • Address vendor inquiries for assigned vendors
  • Match checks to invoices for assigned vendors
  • Perform other duties as directed by Management

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of relevant experience in accounts payable.

Contract, Temporary

Pay Rate:

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected Hours:

40 hours per week

Schedule:

  • 10-hour shifts

Supplemental Pay Types:

  • Overtime pay

Experience:

  • Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
  • GAAP: 1 year (preferred)
  • Accounts payable: 3 years (required)
  • SOX: 1 year (preferred)
