Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Match and code invoices of assigned vendors
- Input coded invoices into computer system of assigned vendors
- Communicate with vendors as necessary
- File paid and unpaid invoices accordingly
- Prepare invoice deduction notices as needed
- Address vendor inquiries for assigned vendors
- Match checks to invoices for assigned vendors
- Perform other duties as directed by Management
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of relevant experience in accounts payable.

- 10-hour shifts

Experience:

- GAAP: 1 year (preferred)
- Accounts payable: 3 years (required)
- SOX: 1 year (preferred)
