Organization and ensuring patient-oriented care and smooth operation of the unit | Personnel management using modern leadership methods and staff planning | Performance recording | Ensuring and further developing information flow, quality standards, and documentation | Interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals involved in treatment

Your profile:

Completed vocational training as a registered nurse/healthcare professional (m/f/d) | Completed further education as a specialist (m/f/d) in nephrology | Qualification for leading a unit through completed further education as a head nurse (m/f/d) or willingness to participate in further education | Extensive knowledge of the processes in a hospital dialysis unit | Communication and cooperation skills | Professional and social leadership skills | Organizational and assertiveness abilities
