Client Care Coordinator
Location:
Rockville and Frederick offices
Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm
About Us:
At Orchard Mental Health Group, we're a moderately sized, fast-paced group practice with over 60 providers spanning across two offices in Rockville and Frederick.
Our team is dedicated to delivering top-notch care while fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture.Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clinical support to our team of 60+ clinicians
- Obtain prior authorization requests
- Register new patients in the EHR
- Schedule and reschedule patient appointments
- Collect patient payments and verify insurance benefits
- Check patients in and out efficiently
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of medical reception experience
- High School diploma or GED required; Associates Degree preferred
- Proficient with EMR systems and technology across multiple platforms
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
