We have an opportunity at our corporate offices in Chicago for a
Program Administrator, Content Strategy on our Professional Satisfaction and Practice Sustainability team.

This is a hybrid position reporting into our Chicago, IL office.


As a Program Administrator, Content Strategy, you will be responsible for the successful planning, implementation and management of the AMA's Professional Satisfaction & Practice Sustainability (PS2) learning collaboratives and other learning initiatives.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


Program Management

  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, report status, track and resolve issues and ensure proper implementation and followup.
  • Create detailed timelines, ensuring proper sequencing of activities and necessary resources to meet required deadlines.
  • Meet regularly with program leadership and staff to ensure activities of external collaborators are well integrated and coordinated within PS2's department's program and business goals.
  • Actively seek out user feedback from internal and external stakeholder groups and make datadriven recommendations to leadership on how to improve the overall impact of the program work
  • Coordinate assigned projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.
  • Work within multiple webbased platforms for content and document management, as well as assist in the collection and development of content for web pages and collateral materials.
  • Provide programming support and other assistance including budget development and monitoring; finance and legal requirements; and other tasks as assigned to ensure that project goals are met.
  • In collaboration with PS2 Communications team and other internal stakeholders, ensure adherence to brand guidelines and messaging consistency across all communication and marketing materials.

Relationship Management

  • Support collaborations with and convenings of external stakeholders to contribute to ongoing work in alignment with unit goals.
  • Coordinate and disseminate key communications and resources to speakers and internal and external stakeholders.

Process and Data Management

  • Recommend and incorporate continuous process improvement practices and efficiencies in procedures, processes, and protocols.
  • Identifies, measures and reports on KPIs for projects to leadership.
  • Supports execution and management of collaborator/vendor contracts; provide oversight of the work outlined for each active contract.

May include other responsibilities as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 3+ years of increasingly progressive experience in program coordination, administrative management, project and results tracking, and/or project management required; PMP certification preferred
  • Knowledge of best practices of learning networks, online community building, practice transformation, quality improvement, and/or adult learning curriculum and program development preferred.
  • Experience in managing training and educational programming for physicians is highly desired.
  • Strong verbal, written and visual communication skills; able to build content and written program materials
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interface effectively with numerous stakeholders while managing and prioritizing resources and demands
  • Attention to detail and welldeveloped organizational and time management skills to handle a variety of multifaceted projects, often with conflicting deadlines in a fastpaced team environment
