Highly motivated individuals with a PhD in the area of molecular biology, drug discovery, genomics, epigenetics, cancer biology, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
This position is to perform comprehensive genomics, functional characterization, and drug screening from top hits discovered in patient samples from longitudinal liquid biopsies, along with cell lines and xenografts, to identify mechanisms leading to acquired chemoresistance in small cell lung cancer.
The successful candidate will use genomic, epigenetic, and cellular studies to determine how dysregulated epigenetic and expression signatures can lead to therapeutic vulnerabilities that can be leveraged to prevent disease progression and relapse.
