Tasks and Responsibilities:

Threeyear training program
Rotation through departments: project management (sales), purchasing/export, and product development, with potential to experience other departments
Familiarization with sales areas, distribution channels, and product range
Price calculation and preparation of offers
Purchasing of goods and services
Communication with national and international customers, suppliers, and business partners
Conducting market and competitor analyses
Participation in exciting projects

Qualifications and Requirements:

Technical college entrance qualification or general university entrance qualification
Good grades in mathematics and German
Excellent language skills in English, additional foreign languages are advantageous
Enjoyment of working with modern communication tools
Interest in business processes within the company
Independent and structured way of working
Resilience, communication skills, teamwork, and flexibility
