    Job DescriptionJob Title: Senior Vice President of Human Resources
    Compensation: $220,000 to $270,000 (flexible upon experience)

    LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a SVP of Human Resources in St. Louis, MO. As the Senior Vice President of Human Resources (SVP HR), you will play a critical role in shaping the organization's overall HR strategy and leading the HR team in executing key initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on all matters related to human capital management. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned HR leader to make a significant impact on our organization's success and the professional growth of our employees.
    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the company's mission, values, and business objectives.
    • Lead and mentor the HR leadership team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
    • Partner with senior executives to understand business needs and develop HR solutions that drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
    • Oversee talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment strategies, employer branding, and workforce planning to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
    • Drive initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization, fostering a culture of belonging and respect.
    • Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement, productivity, and growth.
    • Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with industry standards and best practices.
    • Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies and regulations.
    • Lead organizational development and change management initiatives to support business growth and transformation.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels, staying abreast of changes and advising management accordingly.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification highly desirable.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives and programs.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure HR outcomes.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
    • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
    Benefits:
    Lee Hecht Harrison benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.

    Pay Details: $220,000.00 to $270,000.00 per year
