- Lead organizational development and change management initiatives to support business growth and transformation.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels, staying abreast of changes and advising management accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a SVP of Human Resources in St. Louis, MO. As the Senior Vice President of Human Resources (SVP HR), you will play a critical role in shaping the organization's overall HR strategy and leading the HR team in executing key initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on all matters related to human capital management. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned HR leader to make a significant impact on our organization's success and the professional growth of our employees.
Responsibilities:
Lee Hecht Harrison benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Pay Details: $220,000.00 to $270,000.00 per year
