Your Responsibilities
- Development of elearning, training, and coaching programs, as well as collaboration with other trainers
- Planning and execution of trainings (conveying technical content)
- Identification of strengths and weaknesses through onthejob coaching
- Quality assurance and professional development of employees
- Active support in improving project results
- Analysis and reporting of training results
Your Profile
- Experience in planning and implementing training content
- Professional experience as a trainer in a call center
- MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Analytical thinking and judgment, as well as organizational and negotiation skills
- Professional communication skills (e.g. in the areas of rhetoric, moderation, knowledge transfer)
- Empathy and enjoyment in supporting colleagues in their development
