Development of elearning, training, and coaching programs, as well as collaboration with other trainers
Planning and execution of trainings (conveying technical content)
Identification of strengths and weaknesses through onthejob coaching
Quality assurance and professional development of employees
Active support in improving project results
Analysis and reporting of training results

Your Profile

Experience in planning and implementing training content
Professional experience as a trainer in a call center
MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Analytical thinking and judgment, as well as organizational and negotiation skills
Professional communication skills (e.g. in the areas of rhetoric, moderation, knowledge transfer)
Empathy and enjoyment in supporting colleagues in their development
