Support and represent the head of station in planning, organizing, and coordinating the station.

Shift planning:
Together with the head of station, you will be responsible for employee-oriented and legally compliant shift planning.

Process optimization:
Develop and improve our interdisciplinary processes and coordinate interfaces with adjacent departments. You will contribute your expertise and actively participate in interdisciplinary working groups.

Management meetings:
Participate in regular management meetings and contribute your ideas and suggestions.

What to expect

Education:
Completed training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/x) with several years of professional experience.

Leadership experience:
Ideally, you have some leadership experience or are willing to grow into a leadership role.

Communication skills:
Convince with your high communication and teamwork skills, as well as your willingness to work constructively and interdisciplinarily.

Working hours:
You are willing to work in a 3-shift system.
