Job DescriptionBridgeline Staffing is seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher for a part-time Summer position in Watertown, MA. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing a positive and inclusive learning environment for students with diverse needs and abilities.Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for students
Promote positive behavior and social skills development
Participate in school-wide initiatives and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education
Massachusetts Special Education certification
Prior experience as a Special Education Teacher
Strong knowledge of best practices and current trends in special education
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and support staff
Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development
