We are currently looking for a Senior Nursing Specialist (m/f/d) for Operating Room in Full-time for ATOS Klinik Fleetinsel Hamburg GmbH & Co.

KG Your responsibilities:

Organization and coordination of patient care in consultation with the responsible physicians, as well as organization and coordination of operating room processes and distribution of operating rooms.

Creation of duty rosters taking into account the number of operations and working hours to be performed, including preparation of time sheets and monitoring of hours worked.

Preparation of the vacation schedule. Regular employee meetings, as well as training and evaluation of new employees. Creation and active participation in the updating of clinic-specific standards, in consultation with the physicians. Monitoring of the professional activities of subordinate personnel according to the specified standards. Identification of training needs and coordination of
