Responsibilities
Duties:
- Under the direction of a physician, provides direct patient care including gathering detailed history and performing physical exams
- Performs or orders tests and interprets results
- Administers therapeutic procedures as directed
- Instructs on care and maintains written charts and records on patients
- Maintains appropriate manual and electronic records (EMR)
- Typical work week is Mon-Fri, 40 hours weekly, clinic only
Qualifications
Minimum:
- Graduate of an accredited program with a Master's degree in Nursing
- Compact state or Arizona RN license
- Arizona Advanced Practice Nurse license
- National Certificate as an nurse practitioner in area of specialty under AZ regulations
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills and effective verbal/written communication abilities
- Must demonstrate effective task prioritization skills and independent problem solving abilities
- Valid DEA registration
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider
Preferred:
- PREFERRED: American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
Pay Range
$ $72.00 /hour
