Description
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the CFO in preparing tax documents
- Handling invoicing and billing processes, including tracking and following up on payments
- Answering phone calls and emails, and redirecting them to appropriate individuals when necessary
- Scheduling and managing appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CFO
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of a wellorganized work environment, including ordering supplies and managing office inventory
- Performing general administrative tasks, collaborating with other teams in the company as needed to ensure smooth coordination and communication
- Conducting adhoc projects and tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or assistant role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience in finance and taxrelated tasks preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
