Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Collect and dispose of tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps and take them to the dumpster
Ensure that all trash and recycling is properly sorted and disposed of according to company standards
Communicate effectively with manager and address any concerns regarding the property's trash or recycling
Maintain a clean and organized property
Follow all safety protocols and company policies

Qualifications:

Have a smartphone
Ability to be on your feet for 2 hours (job should take less than 2 hours to complete)
Ability to carry up to 30 lbs

Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
