JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager
  • Data entry and file maintenance
  • Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain and schedule appointments
  • Accounts receivables and collections
  • Track and update customers, contractors, and adjusters on status of work
  • Provide additional administrative support as requested

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma (Associates Degree preferred)
  • Experience in restoration preferred but not required

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.


Duties:


  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about our services
  • Upsell additional services to customers when appropriate
  • Assist customers with scheduling, invoicing and resolving any issues or complaints
  • Enter customer data and update account information in our database
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend the best solutions to meet their requests
  • Handle escalated customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:


  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service
  • Proficient in English; ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
