What to expect as a Construction Supervisor in Construction & Craft at our technical control center at the Hamburg location of K+S Minerals and Agriculture GmbH:

Ensuring the proper condition and safety of our construction facilities
Planning, managing, and monitoring maintenance measures and investment projects for construction facilities with a focus on corrosion protection
Compliance with relevant safety requirements and legal regulations
Optimization of construction facilities in technical and economic aspects
Assessment of damage reports and verification of compliance with safety requirements and legal regulations

This position is full-time, but can also be filled by complementary part-time employees. Please let us know your desired working hours and we will explore the possibilities for you.

What you bring:

Completed vocational training in construction craft in the field of concrete/construction or as a bricklayer
Successfully completed further education as a master craftsman, technician, or a comparable qualification in the field of construction technology with several years of professional experience
Technical knowledge and experience in the construction, maintenance, and upkeep of construction facilities
Good knowledge of MS Office products; experience with SAP is desirable
Structured work methodology, resilience, and teamwork skills
Safety awareness, reliability, and enjoyment of working in a team
Independent and responsible work as well as a class B driver's license
