Who we are looking for:

Our environmental non-profit is looking to grow our staff.

Do you have experience in office tasks, organizing data, and managing volunteers? Do you describe yourself as an environmentalist, a lake lover or rejuvenated by being outdoors? You might just fit into our team


The job we need you to do:

  • Report to work with a positive vibe and witty personality
  • Be ready to take direction and follow through on tasks
  • Maintain our donor database adding and editing records, creating reports
  • General bookkeeping scan & process bills, balance financial records between donor database and bank statements
  • Communicate and coordinate our volunteer groups for special events
  • Share your ideas to improve our processes
  • Greet and assist visitors to our office
  • Have an even temperament, sense of humor, ability to take direction and exercise good judgment

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:


  • Demonstrated, strong, persuasive written and verbal communications skills
  • Organizational, timemanagement, and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Understand file organization hierarchy
  • Proficiency with Google Drive and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Passionate about the mission of The Watershed Foundation
  • Willingness and desire to be a team player within a collaborative work culture
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends

Position details and benefits:

hours weekly; some events on Saturdays

  • Nonremote position. TWF office is located in the North Webster Community Center.
- $20-$22/hour. Health insurance is not provided. Benefits include a flexible schedule, 11 paid holidays, PTO, matching IRA contributions
