- Identify potential leads and establish strong connections with potential clients in the designated territory.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, highlighting the unique features and advantages of the equipment to meet customer needs.
- Provide technical expertise and address customer inquiries regarding equipment functionality, capabilities, and uses.
- Close sales agreements, negotiate contracts, and finalize deals following company guidelines.
- Maintain existing customer relationships, promoting loyalty and encouraging repeat business.
- Cultivate and maintain positive partnerships with industry collaborators and equipment manufacturers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify sales prospects and remain informed about industry developments.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and manage detailed customer records.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in equipment.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in the construction or heavy equipment sector, preferably in sales or a related field.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets and achieving business goals.
- Thorough knowledge of construction, environmental, and solid waste equipment applications and functions.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
