Home to NASCAR's Championship Weekend, Phoenix Raceway has been the premier motorsports venue in the Southwest since 1964 and hosts two NASCAR race weekends each year.
In March, the Ruoff Mortgage 500 NASCAR Weekend kicks off the race season at Phoenix Raceway, featuring the NASCAR Cup Series, NASCAR Xfinity Series and ARCA Menards Series.
In November, champions will be crowned in the NASCAR Cup Series, NASCAR Xfinity Series, NASCAR Camping World Truck Series and ARCA Menards Series West.
Phoenix Raceway also hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including corporate meetings and conferences, charity events, holiday events, sport and endurance competitions, driving schools and Segway tours.
NASCAR seeks a talented professional to join in the position of an Office Manager.This position will provide administrative and secretarial support to the President in a professional, confidential, and effective manner facilitating the effective operations of the President's office.
The Office Manager position requires advanced computer skills, project coordination experience and the ability to work professionally with all levels of the internal management and staff as well as external customers, sponsors, etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- The Office Manager will provide ongoing support to the President, handling all aspects of daily business requirements including scheduling and calendar management, management reporting/information management, travel arrangements, correspondence, and interactions as a liaison between senior management and clients/colleagues to facilitate work and accomplish objectives in a collaborative effort.
- In addition to the primary role of supporting the President, will also be available to provide back up support for other executives as follows:
- Coordinate and plan travel arrangements, and recommend the most cost-effective itineraries
- Schedule appointments, confirm changes or delays, and make necessary changes, with guidance as necessary
- Coordinate meetings and make arrangements for conferences, meetings and events, including catering as needed
- Provide phone coverage and back up for front reception
- Other duties may be assigned.
However, depending on the schedule, hours will vary but will include evenings, weekends, holidays, and long days on event days and nights.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Manages seasonal/event workers during events.

- Ability to be comfortable in a fast paced environment.
- Associates degree or equivalent from twoyear College is preferred or minimum of three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts such as printers, fax machine, and copier. The employee is occasionally exposed to outdoor weather. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The employee is occasionally exposed to loud event time noise.
