Knowledge:Extensive knowledge of Federal, State and local funding and delivery systems for HCBS and Managed Long Term Services and Supports.

Communication:Demonstrates expert leadership and communication skills necessary to successfullymanage the Branch and to provide direction and guidance. Maintains the cooperation and confidence of alllevels of management and works with various internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations andpriorities. Communicates clearly and is able to translate information and concepts, and engages stakeholdersand business partners on collaborative efforts.

Skill:Responsibilities include varied duties requiring many different areas of proven expertise. Processes andmethods are applied to a broad range of activities of substantial depth and breadth. The work also involvesdemonstrating leadership in identifying and resolving new issues and business opportunities and in assistingmanagement with the most sensitive issues.
