We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.


Hourly Rate:
$21.09/hour


Key Responsibilities:

• Field incoming calls regarding product pricing and availability
• Process customer orders into our Syteline Manufacturing system to established department policies and procedures
• Plan and schedule customer order ship dates using lead times as provided by management

Key Attribute:

• Excellent communication and computer skills are required, along with one to two years customer service experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with Syteline Manufacturing system a plus but not necessary
• Demonstrable and exceptionable written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced office environment
• High level of enthusiasm with a positive attitude with an eagerness to learn
• Ability to learn and retain detailed information quickly
• Ability to learn from ones mistakes with a positive and proactive demeanor
• Willingness to take direction and feedback well
• Proven ability to work well with others as an effective team member
• High School or equivalent education (preferred)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm

Requirements:

(60 Day Probation Period) The first 60 Days of the Employment Term shall be considered Employee's probationary period. During the probationary period, the company shall not provide any fringe benefits. If Employee's employment continues past the Probationary period, the Company shall provide to Employee the same Benefits that it offers its other non-probationary employees.
