    Job Title: QA Analyst

    Location: Charlotte, NC 28262, Salt Lake City, UT 84116 or St. Louis, MO 63103

    Training is 30 days and 100% onsite

    Hybrid schedule after training (5 days onsite, 5 days remote)

    Hours: Standard schedule, Monday to Friday

    Duration: 6-Month Contract (extensions or conversions possible)

    Interview Process: 10-15 minute video interview

    Pay Rate: $30/hr

    Responsibilities:

    These contractors will be performing QA activities for the Client Service Specialists who are working with the clients to address brokerage complaints/issues.

    Operational and service complaints are on a variety of subject matter and can range from poor service received at a branch or in the contact center to back-office functions and transacting on the account. Case advisors must perform research on each to determine if the issue has already been resolved and communicated to the client, and if not, work with the back office/front office and or the client to obtain information and resolve. The QA team will be working to make sure all processes have been completed and up to their policy. This is NOT a client facing role and they will not be reaching out to the clients. They will be reviewing the cases and signing off or sending back for more work to be done.

    The cases will be assigned to a queue on a routine basis, where you are responsible for around 50 complaints at any given time (number subject to change based on business need). As the cases come in, you should work to triage the cases frequently and ensure working the cases in the order of risk/age. On average though you will be working about 5 cases a day.

    Expected to autonomously work through cases/deliverables. Close 15-20 per week

    ***MUST HAVE VALID SERIES 7 LICENSE***

    Required Qualifications:

    FINRA series 7 licensing is a must

    Series 66/63 are also nice to have

    Must hold an active series 7

    Experience working within brokerage is a must

    QA experience within brokerage is a plus

    Experience with case review or policy/procedure experience within brokerage is a plus

    Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills

    Strong collaboration skills
