Join the Card Dispute Team
Nets Card Disputes is one of the leading dispute units in Europe for handling credit and debit card disputes. As a conflict manager, you will have close contact with internal and external customers, as well as international stakeholders.

You will be part of the Card Disputes Germany team, where we have a newly established office for onboarding new customers.

Our goal is to assist customers in minimizing losses related to fraud by third parties using payment cards.


Your main tasks and responsibilities are:
