Additional Requirements:

  • First aid, CPR certification and Med Certification
  • Experience in childcare or working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
  • Ability to lift heavy objects or assist with transferring individuals as needed
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Understanding of resident rights and ability to advocate for individuals' needs
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with individuals, families, and team members
  • Familiarity with behavioral support techniques and social work principles is a plus
  • Ability to learn and navigate electronic documentation systems
