Job summary
The HR Service Center Representative will be a member of a team of highly skilled HR staff focused on providing timely accurate and responsive services to faculty and staff on matters of onboarding benefits enrollment and administration leaves employment verification SAP transactions employee records HR forms and general HR policy information.Responsibilities
* Utilizes case and knowledge management systems to ensure integrity of data and optimal customer service.* Responds to inquiries via phone and email from faculty and staff on issues related to benefits enrollment and administration SAP transactions pay general HR policy information* Presents overview of benefits as part of New Employee Orientation- Review approve new hire open enrollment all qualifying life events
