    This position requires construction/handyman skills and the ability to problem solve onsite.

    We will train the right person with a great attitude and work ethic

    Requirements:

    Must have a strong work ethic

    A valid driver's license

    Have your own hand tools (tool list provided upon request)

    Must be reliable, a team player, professional and prompt.

    Construction and/or window covering installation experience a plus

    Ability to read (or learn to read) blueprints/drawings a plus

    Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen (excludes THC)

    Tech I:

    • Installation of basic window treatments
    • $18-$22/hour

    Tech II:

    • Installation of basic and intermediate level window treatments, including motorization
    • Ability to work independently
    • Ability to problem solve in the field
    • OSHA 10 Certificate (LuTek will pay for class)
    • $22-$25/hour

    Tech III:

    • Requires at least two years of direct experience of installation in the Shades/Blinds industry
    • Ability to communicate clearly with clients and customers
    • Read construction drawings and manufacturer specs for manual and motorized window coverings of all various types ranging from commercial to residential.
    • Program all motorization
    • Ability to install cabling/motorization parts
    • OSHA 30 Certificate (LuTek will pay for class)
    • $25-$27/hour

    Opportunities for piece work available.
