Apprentice (m/f/d) for Patent Attorney Assistant at our location in Stuttgart

JOIN OUR TEAM IN STUTTGART

In your apprenticeship with us, you will receive intensive support and a challenging training based on a structured plan. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, monitor deadlines and submission dates, handle correspondence between patent attorneys and courts, clients, offices, and colleagues, take care of office organization (calendar management, mail processing, and file management), and have knowledge of legal codes and case numbers.

YOUR TRAINING
  • Thorough and practical training with diverse and varied tasks
  • Use of state-of-the-art office communication technology, including digital file processing
  • Work in different departments - familiarization with the specifics of the profession in various legal areas
YOUR PROFILE
  • Successfully completed high school diploma or very good completion of secondary school
  • Thorough and conscientious work ethic
  • Interest in legal topics and legal contexts
  • Commitment, flexibility, and team spirit
  • Ideally, basic knowledge of MS Office package
