Overview:
We are seeking only the most compassionate and patient individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers.

As a caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

There is no license required, only experience and a passion for working with senior citizens. Understanding and experience working with clients with movement issues (i.e. Parkinsons or other) or dementia very helpful.

We currently have openings for weekends and and/or 2-3 days a week. Hours can range from 2-3 hours a day to 8 hours a day.


Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting (current openings involve very little personal care, more assistance with meal prep, companionship, helping people manage their day)
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Help with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and tidying up
• Escort clients to appointments or outings
• Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior

Experience:

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help other
• Must pass background check and have excellent driving record, current insurance and registration
