School Based Clinician Opportunity -
This a per diem (fee for service) School Based Clinician position at The Hurley School located in Jamaica Plain.


At

We have proudly served the residents of the greater Boston area since 1909.

Our medical staff consists of psychiatrists who average 20 years of practice at our facility, providing a solid and trusted foundation for our patient-focused approach to behavioral healthcare.

We stand ready to provide compassionate care through inpatient treatment and a strong continuum of aftercare services, community-based programs, and day treatment.


Responsibilities

  • Assesses clients or family's needs and eligibility for services
  • Provides individual, group and family therapy in accordance with assigned client needs
  • Collaborate with client's family, school, and other treatment providers to provide quality clinical care
  • Provide case management, referrals, and treatment planning for assigned clients
  • Develops and maintains client case records, notes, plans and reports
  • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships within the agency, community and referral sources

About Universal Health Services

Requirements_

  • Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling
  • Spanish/English bilingual required
  • Eligibility for licensure is required; LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PHD preferred
