Tasks

Maintenance of software for aviation radios with voice and data function
Specification, implementation and testing of device software
Creation of test descriptions and test plans
Integration of modules into existing software, including function tests on the device
Application of software design methods and tools such as UML and Enterprise Architect
Conducting project reviews and tests

Completed degree in (Technical) Computer Science, Electrical Engineering with a focus on technical computer science or comparable qualification
Sound knowledge of programming languages C/C++
Qualified professional experience in embedded software development
Experience in working with real-time operating systems
Ideally, you already have knowledge in the field of functional safety (DO-178, ISO 26262, IEC 61508 or comparable)
Experience in software-defined radio is advantageous
Strong goal orientation, independent work style, as well as communication and teamwork skills
Very good English skills in spoken and written form
