    Job Title: Business Execution Consultant - Automation

    Location: Charlotte, NC University Area)

    Hours: Standard, Monday to Friday (Hybrid - 3 days in office required)

    Duration: 12-Month Contract (extensions and conversions possible)

    Pay Rate: $44-$46/hr

    RESPONSIBILITIES:


    • This team centralizes the development of the intelligent Robotic Process Automation (RPA) workflows. Allows automating controls into the RCSA process. This team works cross functionally with the functional resources under management, the coders and functional personnel among others as they work to consolidate those resources into one team.


    • Will work with SME's to understand the process they're working with in the LOB and understand where the automation would work best within that structure. Depending on size and scope of the project, you'll likely support a Sr. BEC/BEC 3 on a project, not likely to handle a whole process by themselves.


    • Project delivery can range from 4-6 weeks to 6-8 months. 2-6 months is the sweet spot.


    • Need to be able to communicate technical processes in layman's terms to the business.


    • Ability to effectively communicate to Sr Business Leadership


    • Ability to understand complex business problems and identify requisite automation / technology solutions.


    • Ability to collaborate across functional areas and teams to drive execution.


    • Ability to work autonomously and drive execution with minimal supervision.


    • Ability to quickly identify automation opportunities within the business.


    • Ability to quickly build credibility for delivery robust automation solutions timely

    QUALIFICATIONS:


    • 2-3 years of experience identifying and delivering automation solutions


    • A Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus


    • Understand lightweight workflow and preferably the Alfresco technology associated with that.


    • Financial industry experience would be preferred. Pharmaceutical, aerospace, automotive or manufacturing would be acceptable as well.


    • Automation tools and capabilities (RPA, Workflow, AI, Reconciliation etc.)


    • Experience with UiPath and PowerApps


    • RPA solutions consultant with 2-3 years' experience.


    • Ideal Tools - RPA related:

    o Blueprism, UI Path, Alteryx, Appian


    • AI related:

    o Chat GPT, Generative AI


    • Workflow related:

    o Jira, Pega, Appian, MS PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Salesforce


    • Process modeling related:

    o iGrafx, ARIS, Sigmaflow, SAP
