Responsibilities:
You actively work in daily operations and are responsible for achieving individual store goals.
You are responsible for organizing daily operations, personnel and vacation planning, analyzing sales figures, etc.
After a short training period, you will quickly take on responsibility for the employees and tasks entrusted to you.


Profile:
You have completed a retail apprenticeship and have already gained initial leadership experience.
You are organized and able to coordinate and plan processes.
You enjoy being physically active, have a sense of fashion, and are interested in current trends.
You are open to people and have a high level of service orientation with a hands-on mentality.
You work well in a team and actively and competently support your colleagues on site.
