Your responsibilities at APCOA PARKING Deutschland GmbH:

  • Monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of parking systems, lighting, and technical equipment
  • General maintenance and cleaning tasks
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers and providing information about the parking facilities
  • Representing the company and addressing customer concerns on site
  • General office tasks

Your qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of German
  • Customer service oriented
  • Technical understanding
  • Valid driver's license (Class B) and basic computer skills, knowledge of cars is a plus
