We recognize that tapping into the culture of a new workplace has inherent challenges.

We welcome new members of our professional community by surrounding them with caring administrators and peer mentors who invest in their success.

In addition to a robust new employee orientation program, our professional community regularly engages in small team, division/department-level and all-school professional development touch points.

We also enjoy downtime together, including meals, socials, wellness activities and service projects.

We are intentional about welcoming new professionals because we want them to feel they are full members of our community from day one.

We know this is better for your personal growth, satisfaction and wellness, and your full participation will only enhance our already vibrant learning community for our students.

That is why we want you to be a Tartan
