Job DescriptionAccountabilitiesMarketing StrategyAccountable for conception and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy in support of lead generation that effectively feeds the Ethos pipeline.
Communication of the Ethos Marketing strategy both inside the Marketing Department and externally to other departments and outside entities as needed.
Market AwarenessProactively understands the changing market as it evolves in a way that allows Ethos to adapt and change as needed.
Works closely with the Sales Department to ensure sales is educated as market conditions change.Supervision and support of Marketing employees.
Hiring, reviewing, and terminating Marketing Employees.
Creation, implementation, and enforcement of departmental policies.
Support of Marketing employees in their pursuit of effective lead generation in any way needed.
Execution of the marketing portions of The Ethos Process.
Manages EGPC social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc) and website contentGraphic designCreates copyCreates marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, etc.
Identifies events that EGPC should market and attend at.Creates and maintains an event kit appropriate for different types of eventsTables at events depending on needEstablishes relationships with event coordinators and schedulersCreates content (photography, videography, etc)Creates marketing campaigns (digital and conventional)Creates and maintains a marketing scheduleMaintaining good relationships internally and externally.
