    Job Overview:

    Join us as a Work Skills Instructor, where you will support individuals with disabilities in achieving success on our production floor by helping them develop valuable work skills and independence.



    • • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM


    • • Compensation: $17.00 per hour

    How will you contribute?

    As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with disabilities in the following areas:

    1. Provide training, coaching, and support on various assembly tasks
    2. Organize and operate the production line efficiently
    3. Help individuals improve their work and social skills
    4. Ensure product quality through inspections and accurate production records

    What we look for in candidates:

    • A strong passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities
    • Preferably, one year of experience in human services or manufacturing industries
    • Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or GED
    • Must possess a valid driver's license
