Essential Duties
- Inputs and maintains HRrelated data in the HRIS and supporting HR systems and periodically performs audits to ensure data integrity.
- Create reports for analysis, metric, and decision making.
- Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners.
- Answers employee and manager questions related to HR policies and procedures.
- Assists with HR projects and initiatives.

- Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers. Occasional contact with external contractors/vendors.
Target Based Range:
