Description

• Create and implement ageappropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in each child
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians
• Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a respectful and inclusive atmosphere

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education
• Experience working with preschoolaged children in a childcare or classroom setting preferred
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children
