    Job Description

    Work for an exciting company in commercial real estate. The position will start as a temporary maternity leave for six months. If you love this national real estate company and they love you, they will find you a full-time position.

    You will be responsible for:

    • Answering phones, filing, ordering supplies, taking care of office equipment
    • Assisting with special projects
    • Taking tenant calls and handling them as necessary
    • Assisting Property Manager with budgets and other reporting requirements
    • Coding payables and receivables
    • Input into real estate software specific to the property

    Any experience in real estate, especially commercial real estate, is a plus. MS Office, with strong Word and Excel needed

    This position will start immediately.
