Salary:
$ $21.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Assist customers with making payments, processing policy changes, submitting claims, and resolving any issues or complaints
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customer pending cancellations, missing documents, and policy reviews on renewals.
  • Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or crosssell additional products/services
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product/service offerings

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems/software
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in crosssell opportunities
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Active Texas Property & Casualty required (Will help obtain within 30 days)
