Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and write clear, concise, and compelling content for federal contract proposals, including technical descriptions, executive summaries, and other necessary sections
Ensure all technical documentation is consistent with industry standards and compliant with federal bid requirements
Edit and proofread proposal content for clarity, grammar, and accuracy
Assist in maintaining a comprehensive library of technical documentation, templates, and standard responses
Participate in proposal review meetings and provide input on content strategy and structure
Manage multiple writing assignments under tight deadlines while maintaining highquality standards

Required Qualifications:

Experience in technical writing with federal government proposal processes and requirements
Solid ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and understandable content
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant writing tools
Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical writing experience with DHS, DHA, VA, DoD federal government proposals
Familiarity with the health IT sector, especially federal healthcare and IT systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
