Your tasks as an equipment operator (m/f/d):

  • Operating various machines and/or equipment in series production and loading
  • Setting up and changing tools on machines and/or equipment according to technical specifications
  • Correcting dimensional deviations and, if necessary, readjusting the equipment for series operation according to specifications
  • Triggering and monitoring machine operation and, if necessary, interrupting machine operation in case of malfunctions
  • Documenting seriesrelated inspections and measurement results, as well as checking parts for dimensional accuracy and ensuring quality
  • Identifying and sorting out faulty parts according to process error management (PEM)
  • Rectifying or having malfunctions rectified according to guidelines, if necessary reporting the malfunction to the specialist department, as well as analyzing simple causes of malfunctions
  • Performing maintenance and cleaning stage 1 according to specifications, as well as monitoring maintenance intervals
  • Training production employees on the respective machines and equipment
